Night Care
How does Dr. Hauschka Night Care support my skin's natural rhythm?
Dr. Hauschka Night Care is built around the natural rhythm of day and night - the same rhythm your skin follows. Skin has different needs by night than by day, using the night hours above all to renew itself. Because rich, oil-based creams can slow this natural process, our entire Night Care range is water-based and oil-free, while still being highly effective. That's why you won't find rich face creams in our Night Care range - instead, after cleansing and toning, we recommend a serum, plus a treatment a few times a year, so you can see how well your skin recovers overnight.
What are the three steps of a Dr. Hauschka night care routine?
Cleanse, tone, revitalise - these three steps make up our basic night care routine. Depending on your skin's needs, start with Cleansing Cream or Soothing Cleansing Milk, adding Eye Make-up Remover if needed. For toning, choose Facial Toner or Clarifying Toner. For the revitalising step, reach for Night Serum, Regenerating Serum or Regenerating Intensive Night Serum. That's your basic night care routine complete.
How can I give my skin an extra treatment overnight?
Alongside your basic routine, we recommend Renewing Night Conditioner Ampoules a few times a year. This 50-ampoule treatment supports your skin through a complete 30-day renewal cycle. Each ampoule combines active plant extracts - including rose, marshmallow, anthyllis and Madonna lily - carefully combined to help restore skin's natural balance, leaving it looking visibly refreshed and radiant.
What should I expect when starting the Dr. Hauschka Night Care routine?
If you're switching from a conventional night cream to our oil-free Night Care range, your skin may feel a little tight at first as it adjusts to regenerating itself naturally. To help ease the transition, apply a face mask twice a week - remove it with a warm, damp cloth before bed, then follow with Facial Toner, Night Serum or Renewing Night Conditioner Ampoules.
