You can choose when to start, for example with the changing seasons or when your skin needs extra care. Each treatment lasts 28 days, the time it takes for skin cells to renew themselves, and one bottle contains enough for the full course.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow do I use an intensive treatment in my skin care routine?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCleanse your face morning and evening as usual, then spray the intensive treatment onto your face in place of your usual toner. In the morning, follow with your usual day care product. In the evening, don't apply any further products after the treatment. This gives your skin a break from your night serum for the 28 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eCan I use a face mask during an intensive treatment?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eYes. Apply your mask ideally in the early evening and remove it after 20 minutes with a warm, damp cloth.
